This BHS division manages approximately 150 of Manhattan's finest buildings, primarily in the corridor from Park to Fifth Avenues. Its expertise in running this extremely valuable portfolio is advantageous in the planning of our clients’ building infrastructure, security and services necessary to fulfill the promise of a great residence. Within Real Plus, BHS has developed Value Exchange, which is the most up to date and accurate source for condo and coop sales information in the industry.
